Red Light area

"Papa! what is a red light area?" a child asked his father after returning from his school.

The father was aghast to hear the question!!!

"Where did you hear that?" he asked the child.

"Two persons were talking about it near the Common Wealth Games village. What's a red light area, Papa!"

"Its a bad thing, son. Its an area where pride is sold for money."

This was the most sober answer the father could think of.

"But Papa, why were those people talking about this bad thing there? There was nobody selling pride around!" Children are notorious for stretching the wrong questions!)

"They might have seen nation's pride being sold somewhere around, son!"

The child was furious to hear that!

He loved his country the most!

"Can't we buy back the pride, Papa!" he asked.

"Pride can be sold but can't be bought, son!"

The child went sad to hear that.

He remained silent for some time and then again quipped

"Papa! Is it necessary that pride can be sold only where there is a red light?"

"No, son! It has nothing to do with a red light!"

"Why don't they put red lights everywhere the pride of nation is being sold, Papa? This way the bad people can be caught and punished."

"This can't be done,son. Otherwise the entire country will be visible even from the space!"
